Martyn C. W. Bould is the Chairman of the Cayman National Cultural Foundation Board of Directors. Born in England, he took up residence in the Cayman Islands in 1969. A Project Manager, Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Arbitrator by profession, he developed a strong interest in the arts through association, becoming a member of the CNCF board from its inception in 1984. He became Chairman in 1995 and has continued to provide the type of guidance needed for the Foundation to follow its mission. Martyn is a founding board member of the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands, and Chairman of its building committee. He served as a board member of The National Trust for the Cayman Islands from 1998 to 2002, was chairman from 2000 to 2002, and was chairman of the Historic Advisory Committee from 1998 to 2002.

Henry Muttoo is Artistic Director of the Cayman National Cultural Foundation. Educated at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad & Tobago and Croydon College of Art & Design in England, he was Senior Tutor in Design and Technical Theatre at the Jamaica School of Drama for six years. He has achieved wide recognition regionally as an award winning stage designer and director. His extensive collection of texts and recordings documenting the history, folklore and music of the Caribbean reveals a deep love for the region, and for the development of Caribbean cultural forms and manifestations. Marcia Muttoo is the Managing Director of CNCF. She holds a BFA in Drama with a specialization in Acting (Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute) from New York University and an MFA in Theatre Management from City University of New York. A former member of Groundwork Theatre Company in Jamaica, where she was a teacher/actor, she has more than twenty-five years experience in non-profit administration in the Caribbean and the United States. Charles Glidden is the Director of Marketing and Public Education. He is also the Information Manager in regard to matters relating to Freedom of Information. His background in theatre, broadcasting and journalism brought him to CNCF in 2006. He is a graduate of the School of Theatre at Florida State University where he received a BFA having studied acting, theatre production and theatre management. Well known in the Cayman Islands for his work in radio and television, he is the former Manager of Public Relations at Cayman Airways and Deputy Director of Pirates Week National Festival. Donna Reid is a Programmes Manager. She holds an MBA from Florida International University and also studied dance and drama at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in Jamaica. In Cayman’s performing arts community she is known as a choreographer and teacher of traditional dance. Among her responsibilities at CNCF are event planning and the management of CNCF programmes. Rita Estevanovich is also a Programmes Manager. She spent many of her formative years participating in workshops and productions at CNCF. She is a product of our Young-At-Arts program. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with BA degree in Liberal Studies and is also a graduate of the New York Film Academy where she studied Acting for Film. She continues to pursue an acting career. As a programmes manager she also plans events and manages programmes. Email:
