Cayfest – The Cayman Islands National Festival of the Arts is Cayman’s finest showcase of local talent. With an eclectic mix of visual arts, music, theatre, dance, fashion design, and cultural discussion this festival has an emphasis on local arts and culture. At the same time the festival stimulates and inspires local artists by including visiting artists from overseas.

Some highlights of the festival include the ever popular Fresh! Cayman Couture fashion show featuring local designers; Culture Jam - an evening of free flowing music performances with scheduled performers and an "open mic"; a Photography Competition & Exhibition, Dance Vibes and the Praise gospel concert. Scroll down for the full Cayfest schedule.

Fashion Design Workshop: As part of the Fresh! Cayman Couture fashion show CNCF is hosting a workshop for aspiring and practicing designers. The workshop is on "Fashion Design & Illustration" and "Collection Development".  The workshop facilitator is Patricia Kentish - Skeete, Senior Lecturer and Head of Textile and Fibre Arts at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. The workshop is on February 5 and 6.  All Fresh! Cayman Couture fashion designers should attend this workshop. To register, come to the Cultural Foundation office at the Harquail Cultural Centre.
